Standard

OrdeSSo Standard is aimed at hoteliers who want to digitalize their menus with provided services and opt for e-marketing. The hotelier receives a web-based application which will be used by hotel guests and a web-based platform which will be used by hotel employees for updating all the information visible in the web-based app by the guests.

Customized hotel menu

We provide a customizable digitalized menu for every hotelier who can choose from a broad range of modules to be included in the web-based application such as:

  • Room Service module;

  • Loby bar/s(if there are more then one);

  • SPA centre module including massages, thermal procedures, djakuzi, sauna and many others;

  • Sports and recreation module where all activities provided such as football, tennis pitches, sports dances, etc. could be listed; 

  • Events module where information about events held in the hotel could be posted - conferences, etc. 

Browsing and notification capabilities

Hotel guests can browse through all the services offered by the hotel and stay in touch with every single offer, promotion or event at the hotel thanks to the web-based application which provides maximum flexibility to the guests as it is accessible from their browser, thus they do not have to download or install any files on their device which offers convenience as with regard of their short duration of stay. The application is accessible from all devices - smartphone, tablet or computer!

Manage orders, export statistical data and improve your business insight

Hotel employees can manage all the orders made from the web-based application into the web-based platform. They can assign a concrete person to handle the order and change the execution status of the order.
In addition, the platform allows hoteliers to export statistical data in PDF and Excel formats about the orders made, by various criteria, according to a specified time frame, which could be then analysed for business purposes.
