The hotelier receives a web-based application which will be used by hotel guests and a web-based platform which will be used by hotel employees for updating all the information visible in the web-based app by the guests.

Manage orders, export statistical data and improve your business insight
Hotel employees can manage all the orders made from the web-based application into the web-based platform. They can assign a concrete person to handle the order and change the execution status of the order.
In addition, the platform allows hoteliers to export statistical data in PDF and Excel formats about the orders made, by various criteria, according to a specified time frame, which could be then analysed for business purposes.
